I was anxious about placing an order with SilkSilky.com. The reviews about them online are very mixed. A lot of people say the website is a scam, HOWEVER - that was not my experience AT ALL! Silk Silky customer service was responsive to my emails when I had a question, and I was able to track my package through it's commute. I was worried about the authenticity of the silk and was relieved that it is in fact 100% silk! These sheets have turned my bed into a sanctuary. It makes a difference that I go to bed every night wrapped up in this luxurious fabric that makes me feel like a literal princess! The sheets are incredibly soft against my skin. I ordered from Silk Silky twice now, this is my second order. Both purchases were a smooth process. This is a trust worthy Silk supplier. Can't wait to buy more!
I love the material, color and finish, however, I purchased a small and I am a 32C and it presses against by breast because of the inside fold. To solve the problem I took a pair of scissors and cut the inside so that it opens up and fits properly.
The scarf came in a really nice, elegant packaging. Good quality product, wide and long enough to wrap myself during cold days!

I love the look, feel and fit of the chemise and kimono robe set but it wrinkles terribly when laundered And yes I washed it on delicate, cold water, low spin. Hung to dry.

I ordered a silk pyjama set for my elderly mother as well as a silk sleep cap and pillowcase for my daughter. The cap and pillowcase seem great - they are gifts so they haven't been used yet. The pyjamas are beautiful but the sizing is not accurate. I ordered a large and the top was quite big but the bottoms fit like a small-medium. I don't see this set fitting anyone very well. I think if you were just ordering a one-piece, it would be fine but watch the sizing of the sets. have sent them back for a refund but that was a hassle and cost $37 in shipping fees and I had to start again and order the pyjamas from a different provider. So far, the customer service has been responsive and helpful.
