Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard Shipping:
Free Shipping on order over $59, otherwise shipping fee is $8.99.
Most US Mainland Orders: You can expect your package to arrive within 7-9 business days after it ships.
Extended Delivery Areas: Please note that shipping to certain regions, including Puerto Rico[PR], Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, will take a bit longer, typically 10-15 business days.
- Please expect additional 1-3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
- Due to extended customs clearance times, shipping may be delayed. Please contact customer service for assistance.
- A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out,you can also log in to SilkSilky site at any time to check the order status.
Express Shipping:
The shipping time for express delivery is approximately 2-4 working days.
Some countries and regions do not support express delivery at the moment. Please check if the express delivery option is available for your address during checkout. The express delivery fee varies depending on the address.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Every so often, there are times when extra customs or import duties are inevitable. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at services@silksilky.com.
- Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
- A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
SALES AND USE TAX

1. What is Sales & Use Tax?
Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) is charged by applicable U.S. states to customers who purchase from us using one of said states in their shipping address. We are required by law to collect sales tax in those states. You will see the sales tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.
2. How is Sales & Use Tax calculated?
Sales Tax is calculated based on the total merchandise value. If a discount is applied, the calculation will be based on the total after discount is deducted. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state).
Your sales tax charge will be displayed at checkout.
3. Will Sales & Use Tax be refundable?
In the case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate sales tax will be refunded to your SILKSILKY wallet or to the original payment method.
PS : As of 4/1/2019, most U.S. States will require online retailers to collect sales tax on purchases made by residents of those states. Sales tax cannot be paid for using store credit. Users will not receive points for the sales tax portion of their order.
RESTRICTIONS
- Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).
- Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
