The item did not arrive for three weeks which was after the date needed (ordered as a wedding gift). I have returned the item and have proof from FedEx (including picture) of it being delivered back to the address (which is a residence). No refund or communication yet. I guess I will need to go through the hassle of stopping payment on the credit card transaction. Sigh...
