My package was initially delivered to the wrong place. I understand that this was most likely the courier’s mistake and not SilkSilky’s fault.
However, when I contacted SilkSilky because I had not received my package, I was disappointed with their customer service. Instead of addressing my concern, I repeatedly received essentially the same response telling me that the tracking showed the package as delivered.
Fortunately, I eventually retrieved my package. I contacted SilkSilky again to let them know that I had received it and explained what had happened, but once again I received the same generic response. It felt as though my messages were not actually being read.
As for the product itself, I am very happy with it. It is beautiful, very nicely packaged, and I genuinely love what I received.
Unfortunately, good communication is also an important part of online shopping. Because it was so difficult to communicate with the company when there was a problem, I would not purchase from SilkSilky again, despite how much I like the product.

Everything was great about the scarf-size, texture, warmth, quality and timely shipping. The only complaint is that the color is not as expected.

I find it a bit small for my hair. Small and tight on my head. Did not expect that.

Agréable à porter. Belle qualité. Taille bien (XL pour mon 44 habituel). Delai de livraison toujours un peu long avec Silksilky, 12 jours, mais normal, ça vient de Chine. Suivi bien explicite. Petit nœud inutile sur le short mais je l’ai déplacé en rosace sur le V du caraco. Satisfaite de cette 2ème commande, comme lors de la 1ère.

The Silk String briefs are so comfortable to wear and so soft material and really generous sizing.

I have medium thickness waist length locs, I was previously using a regular sleep bonnet, but wanted a change as the headband was elastic and constantly pulling on my edges. Started seeing ads for silksilky and decided to take the plunge. Received my purchases after a week in nice packaging. On opening the bonnets were brightly coloured and very lightweight. Used one straight out the box to bed, was skeptical that it would slip of my head during the night. I was wrong, stayed in place all night and I didn't have to double knot the ties. Also breathable which my previous bonnets weren't, the difference was definitely felt on a very hot and sticky night. The next morning my locs were neat and still laid.
Highly recommend, a little pricey but I believe is worth the price and I will get my monies worth out of it. I hope the double layered bonnet I also purchased meets all my expectations too. I am now a silksilky convert.
