SilkSilky wants you to be satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges.

* Due to the ongoing issues caused by COVID-19, it is possible there will be a slight delay in the processing of returns and exchanges.

Time - We gladly accept returns within 60 days of receipt for items in new condition.

Method of Refund - We would refund to your original payment method. That's to say, if you used PayPal to pay, we would refund to your PayPal.

Product Condition - Returned items must be in new condition and with its original package.

Charges - As a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage if the order is shipped free.
