Can I Get Return Shipping Reimbursed?

For most returns and exchanges, return shipping is currently the customer's responsibility, and we don't currently offer free return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your return can be followed on its way back to us.

The exception is when an item is faulty, the wrong item, or arrived damaged. In those cases, please contact us before returning the item, and once we've verified the issue we'll reimburse your return shipping cost.
