How do I send an order as a gift?
Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address when you place your order. The order is still tied to your account and the email you used at checkout, so you'll receive the confirmation and tracking updates.
Can I keep the price hidden from the recipient?
Yes. We don't show item prices on the paperwork included with an order, so you can keep the amount you spent private.
Can the Gift Recipient Contact Customer Care?
To protect your privacy, we can only discuss order and account details with the registered account holder who placed the order - not with the gift recipient. If the recipient needs help, they can contact us, but we'll still need enough order information to verify the order, and some details can only be shared with the purchaser.
How do returns or exchanges work for a gift?
If the recipient would like to return a gifted item, please contact us first for instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
